If you would like personal data stored in connection with your use of our websites or services to be deleted, you can request this at any time.

1. Submitting a deletion request

Send an email to: info@mindondigital.de

Please include:

• Your email address
• Which data should be deleted
• If relevant: linked social media accounts

2. Deletion process

We delete all personal data within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive confirmation by email.

3. Data that cannot be deleted

Technically necessary server log files cannot be deleted retroactively for security reasons. They are automatically removed after 30 days at the latest.

4. Meta API data

If you interact via Facebook or Instagram, you can delete your data directly through Meta: facebook.com/settings or instagram.com/accounts/privacy_and_security.
