Right of Withdrawal

The contract language is German. This translation is provided for information only (German version).

This withdrawal policy applies to consumers who buy digital content from MindOnDigital – currently guides with a Premium Bundle (PDF/EPUB) and Excel templates as downloads.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email or a letter sent by post). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract – i.e. providing the download – after you have

expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period,
acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, and
received from us a confirmation of the contract recording your consent and acknowledgement.

Consent and acknowledgement are requested in separate mandatory fields during checkout and confirmed to you in the order confirmation email (Sec. 356 (5) German Civil Code, BGB).
